Who we serve. . .

We are a merger & acquisition firm serving middle market business owners across the country with a concentration in the Midwest and Southeast. We represent closely held manufacturing, distribution, and service companies whose annual revenues are in the $1-50 million range.

Arlington Scott, Inc. offers the optimum service available in the buying and selling of businesses. We use a system developed to be effective for all of the parties involved, and specific to the clients involved. We concentrate entirely on analyzing, enhancing and marketing businesses.

We are consultants, we are not Business Brokers! We offer all of the services that a broker offers and much more. Our firm is an independent affiliate of ABC Advocates Business Consultants, Inc.®. ABC consists of highly professional consultants with over 30 years of combined business transaction experience who work as a team when serving our client’s needs. Since business brokerage is NOT our only business, we have developed the skills and expertise necessary to understand all facets and complexities involved in an operating business. This results in sales closing faster with the maximum amount of satisfaction to both the Entering Client (the buyer) and the Exiting Client (the seller).

Our goal at Arlington Scott, Inc. is to locate the best possible entering client (buyer) for our exiting client’s business. We aggressively seek out those buyers with both the financial ability and managerial skills to take our clients to the next level. Thus insuring a healthy transition of ownership for not only the exiting owner, but also the employees, customers and suppliers who have helped the business to reach its’ current levels.
